Preparing for the Restoration
After the inspection has been completed, an insurance claim can be filed. Once that’s completed, your insurance company will assign you a claim number and an insurance adjuster who will come to assess the damages to the property and write an estimate for the cost of repairs. During the adjuster meeting, a Complete Construction of Mpls team member can be there to ensure all of the adjuster’s damage questions can be answered. Before construction begins, our team will walk you through choosing your colors, possible upgrades, and material options. After all choices have been made, we can move forward with construction as soon as possible.
